Description: We are looking forward to the Mandatory Parent Meeting on Saturday, July 31 at 10:00 am at Len Roberts Park
(located at 101 Theater, Sierra Vista).

We will be doing some things a little bit differently this year, so here are the details you need to
know to help make this a successful kick-off to our new school year!

We will meet first and go over important information that as parents and students you need to know to participate in CHECC events. After the meeting, we will have time for registering for CHECC Membership, Class Day, & Sports. There will be food and fellowship time too! We plan on having the water feature available, so kids can play and cool off, and have face painting, too!

If your last name starts with A – H, please bring a main dish & dessert to share
If your last name starts with I – Z, please bring a main dish & side or salad to share

CHECC will provide drinks, plates, cups, plastic ware and napkins.

Some things that we are doing differently this year:

We will have a table set up so that you can submit your CHECC Membership at the meeting.
You must have your CHECC Membership current in order to register for Sports or Class Day.

You will also be able to Register for Class Day AND select classes at the same time and pay for them.
You will be receiving an email at the beginning of next week with all of the Class Descriptions, so you can
choose which classes you will want your children to take. Please keep in mind that all classes (excluding PE)
are limited to 10 students per class. Classes will be filled on a first come, first served basis.

If you are planning on participating in Class Day, please take a moment to print out the forms before
our meeting and have them ready.

Again, if you could print out the Sports forms before our meeting and have them prepared, that would be
most helpful.

We are trying to streamline some of the registrations so that we can all work more efficiently at
serving our CHECC Members.

New Member Packets will also be distributed to CHECC Members at the meeting.

CHECC has a lot to offer its homeschooling families. We are excited about the enthusiasm this year
and the new ideas that will encourage and reinforce what we are all trying to accomplish at home.
