Description: We’ll meet to make Christmas Baskets to give to those we go Christmas Caroling to. This was such a blessing last year and if you didn’t go, you really missed out! Description: Our first parent meeting of the year will be Augus 10th at 6:30pm. If you are a family that is new to CHECC or considering joining CHECC, please join us! This is a mandatory meeting for all CHECC members. Important information concerning CHECC events throughout the year, including Sports, Class Day, etc. will be given at this meeting. You must attend to be able to participate in CHECC Sports or Class Day. We are looking forward to a great year and the CHECC Board wants to share their excitement with all of you. There are lots of great opportunities through CHECC. Please clear your calendar and join us for this important meeting.

There will be a reception at the church immediately following the ceremony. Everyone is welcome.

CHECC Board Nominations Due

Description: Nominations for the CHECC Board positions are due to checc@checc.info today

It is that time of the year again. All CHECC Board (with the exception of
the Chair team which is a two year position) positions are up for election.
We encourage all CHECC members to nominate either themselves or a person of
their choice for the following positions:

Treasurer (Moneyteam)

Secretary

High School Coordinator

Elementary Coordinator

Fellowship Coordinator

Nominations are due to CHECC@CHECC.info and Admin@checc.info by May 22nd. This will enable us to notify those persons nominated so they can discuss this with their respective spouses and pray about their decisions. Elections will be held at the Parents meeting. This meeting has been re-scheduled to June 8th 2009 at 7:00 pm due to the High School Graduation ceremony being held on 1 June. Again, you can nominate other persons or self-nominate for any of these positions. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to ask by sending an email to above addresses.
